Balancing valve
A. Using occasion
The designed temperature for using this valve is between -25ºC and + 150ºC. Nominal pressure is 2Mpa. The suitable medium is water and steam. Balancing the flow in boilers and chillers. There are always parallel connection installed several sets in one water supply system. The different resistance of the setups makes the different flux of the sets. It can make sure to obtain the enactment and ensure the safety of them if to fit balancing valves for each boilers or chillers.
It can make sure of the second time pipeline's flux same as the designed numerical value, and keeps each set working up to stuff. When the chiller needs to be connected with several refrigeration sets, it can be fitted in each set.
It can be fitted in the areal of heat supply system and be used for the flux balance keeping. It should be fitted at the entryway because of the different heat source and the different distance from the destination.
B. Working theory and features
Working theory: changing the clearance among cartridge, seat and flow, changing the currency resistance through valve in order to adjust the circuit
Balancing valve belongs to adjusting valve.
